After you purchase an eBook from your chosen supplier, you should get a download link. This might have been in an email or a download button in your website’s my account section. If you have not received a download link, then please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the eBook.
Click on the download link (or button) from your mobile device and it will receive a small (LCPL) file.
It should ask you what app you would like to open this file with.
Choose Read-Now on your mobile device web browser.
The Read-Now app will now launch, and display a message stating that it is downloading the eBook. The app will ask you to enter the passphrase* you created when ordering the ebook from your supplier.
*If the entered passphrase does not match those provided as part of the order, or you have forgotten your passphrase, a passphrase hint will be displayed. The hint may be a link back to your retailers site, where details of the passphrase you have chosen will be provided.
If successful, the eBook will have been added to the Read-Now bookshelf, and will then open on the first page ready to read.
